Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area of Hebburn, Tyne and Wear, this modern flat, built in 1989, is perfectly positioned for exploring the beautiful North East of England, with its abundance of history.

The flat, recently awarded 4 stars, can only be described as home from home, it is equipped with everything you may need to ensure you thoroughly enjoy your holiday-in fact all you need to take, is yourselves, your clothes and some food!!! You will not be disappointed.

The flat comprises two spacious bedrooms, each with a custom built wrought iron double bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside cabinets. A fully equipped kitchen, with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/drier, kettle, toaster etc. The sitting room has a large comfortable soft leather three piece suite, 25" colour TV with cable, video recorder and hi-fi, also telephone for free local calls. The bathroom has a bath, shower, wash basin and wc.
Bed linen, towels, hot water and heating are all included. Also a welcome pack comprising; wine, fresh fruit, fresh flowers, tea, coffee, milk and sugar will be provided on arrival.
Car parking is on a private driveway, additional parking 25m away.

From the South leave A194(M), proceed along the A194, turn left onto B1306, at trafffic lights turn right onto A185. At next traffic lights turn left, at first roundabout turn right, at next roundabout turn left to Hazelmoor.
