Marsden Circular Walk
Stretch your legs and your imagination with this spectacular seven mile walk over Cleadon Hills and along the sea cliffs. The route passes Windmill Field, Marsden Old Quarry, Marsden Rock and Souter Lighthouse. There are several refreshment stops.
Road Directions
Starting point is South Bents car park. From A1(M) take A194 then A1300 for South Shields and then the A183 signposted for Sunderland.
Public Transport Directions
Several buses including the E1 from Sunderland and South Shields.
