Ideally situated on a quiet pedestrian avenue off the fishing village of Cullercoats Bay (popular with families, complete with smugglers caves) is just around the corner. Cullercoats Metro, a few minutes away, provides easy access to Newcastle's many theatres, restaurants and shops. This is an ideal base from which to explore the castles of Northumberland and the beautiful Northumberland coast. We offer non-smoking accommodation and are open all year. Road Directions

From A1(M) follow signs for the A19 taking the East exit onto the A1058 signed Tynemouth and Whitley Bay. Follow road under bridge and at the Seafront take first left at the roundabout. Southcliff Apartments are on the right.

Public Transport Directions

From Newcastle Central Station: From the station take the Metro to Cullercoats. Then walk straight ahead until you reach the seafront and turn left. Southcliff Apartments are a 3 minute walk along the seafront on the right.
