Stay on the A1 and pass the Angel of the North on your right. Take the next slip road, sign posted Team Valley Retail World. Drop down to a round about and take the second exit, sign posted Lady Park. Follow the road round to the left and up the hill. Stay on the small country lane for about 1 mile and Park farm Hotel is on the right. From the North Follow the A1 past the Metro Centre and continue on until you reach a bend in carriageway with warning 40mph signs. After the bend take the next slip road sign posted Team Valley Retail World. Drop down to a round-about and keep right. Take the fifth exit sign posted Lady Park.Follow the road round to the left and up the hill. Stay on the small country lane for about 1 mile and Park Farm Hotel is on the right.
